Vice President | Due Diligence Manager

Location: Preferably on the West Coast

Working: Hybrid (if located near an RSE office) / fully remote

Position: Full-time

The Due Diligence Manager | Closer is responsible for assisting the deal teams with all facets of a lower tier closing.  Specific duties include:

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Assist in overseeing the due diligence and closing process for LIHTC transactions.
• Work with outside legal counsel and 3rd parties with the coordination of documents required for their review
• Maintain due diligence checklists, coordinate and run due diligence calls
• Review and maintain due diligence documents
• Order and review 3rd party background checks
• Coordination of post-closing requirements, including preparation and organization of post-closing lists, closing binders and monitoring of post-closing deliveries
• Work with Red Stone’s Investor Relations department for the coordination and distribution and review of investor due diligence
• Assist the Development Risk Manager (construction team member) with the coordination of construction related documents
• Review, track, and work with outside counsel on Due Diligence, including Insurance, Title, Survey, and Organizational Documents
• Coordinate Environmental Review

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 plus a 20-50% bonus range
