POSITION SUMMARY
Lincoln Healthcare Leadership is seeking a Registration Manager to play a key role in managing attendee-facing logistics and delivering a seamless, high-touch registration experience across our conferences.
This highly visible, mid-level role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the registration process—including registration website build and management, attendee communications, housing, transportation, and badge production. From initial engagement through on-site execution, the Registration Manager ensures every touchpoint reflects a refined, anticipatory approach to service.
Supporting programs at luxury resorts, this role regularly engages with C-level executives and senior leaders, requiring a high degree of professionalism, poise, and attention to detail. Working closely with the Event Operations team, the Registration Manager helps maintain data integrity, optimize operational processes, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in event logistics and a passion for creating high-quality attendee experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Registration Management & Systems
You will manage the registration process and ensure accuracy and efficiency across all platforms.
Build and manage CVENT registration sites, including attendee segmentation, workflows, integrations, and reporting
Maintain data integrity and ensure all registration information is accurate and up to date
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and attendees
Attendee Experience & Communication
You will serve as the central point of contact for all attendee-related communication.
Oversee development and distribution of registration communications, including confirmations, housing details, transportation logistics, attendee list and[MM1] event updates
Ensure all communication reflects a polished, high-touch (“white glove”) experience
Maintain responsiveness and accuracy, adhering to 24-hour response standards
Housing, Transportation & Vendor Coordination
You will manage key logistical components of the attendee experience.
Serve as primary liaison with hotel partners, managing rooming lists, audits, overflow block, and room block performance
Serve as primary liaison with transportation partners, coordinate attendee and staff transportation, including manifests, scheduling, and vendor communication
Oversee badge production, including design, data accuracy, and timelines, and act as primary contact for badge vendors
On-Site Conference Execution
You will support registration operations during conferences.
Lead onsite registration and attendee check-in processes
Assist sourcing, training, and overseeing temporary onsite staff
Address attendee needs and ensure a smooth, organized experience
Process Improvement & Team Support
You will contribute to operational efficiency and team success.
Maintain accurate attendee data and manage ongoing updates
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline processess
Provide support across the Event Operations team as needed

REPORTING & COLLABORATION
This role reports to Senior Director, Event Operations and works closely with the Event Operations team, as well as cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Education and external vendors. Strong collaboration and communication are essential to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Additional Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in event registration, logistics, or a related field
Experience with Cvent (or similar registration platforms)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (advanced skills preferred)
Comfortable experimenting with AI Tools to improve workflows and creativity.
Experience with CRM and project management systems such as HubSpot and Monday.com
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
Ability to travel
Ability to lift up to 25lbs

LOCATION & TRAVEL
Although the role supports in-person events, the position itself can be fully remote or hybrid out of Southport, CT.
Travel is required for major conferences (approximately 4–6 trips annually, 5–7 days each; ~10% travel overall).

Must be comfortable with extended onsite schedules during event weeks, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: $75,000-$85,000
