Unmatched Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base: $208,000-$234,000 annual base salary
- Additional Earnings: 34% of production
- 3 Year Loyalty Bonus: Up to $100,000
- Perks: Paid CE, malpractice, license, DEA, and PTO
- Balance: Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
What You’ll Do
- Provide preventive and medically necessary restorative care to children and young adults (ages 0–20).
- Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a team-based, supportive setting.
- Make a real difference in community oral health
Requirements
- Active California Dental License (or within 90 days)
- DDS/DMD degree
- CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications
- Passion for pediatric care and community health
- New graduates welcome!
