June Weinstein & Associates, LLC, is a consulting firm assisting long term care facilities in establishing and improving health information management systems and meeting regulatory compliance with accrediting and surveying agencies since 1978. We provide education and training, tailored to the specific facility and/or corporate needs, to the health information staff, as well as, nursing and other interdisciplinary team staff on regulatory documentation requirements, electronic health record (EHR), HIPAA, ICD-Coding, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, and medico-legal aspects. In addition, we assist in the ongoing assessment process to identify areas needing improvement to provide solutions, compliance monitoring, and continued staff education.
