Description

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a senior marketing coordinator. Responsibilities include driving the proposal development process; leading proposal kickoff meetings; developing and providing guidance/quality control on marketing materials; strategizing to create marketing plans; identifying key publications and award submissions; developing and managing the annual marketing plan, schedule and budget; leading interview preparation; offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits; coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports; managing client feedback and satisfaction surveys. Travel may be required.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling eight years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus four years of experience
• Associate degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus six years of experience
• No degree plus eight years of experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

• Leading proposals, interviews, and strategic direction within the A/E/C industry
• Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• CRM databases (Deltek Vision preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Quality assurance and quality control of marketing materials/technical documents

Salary Range: $61,000-$80,000 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
