Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager will drive employee engagement while promoting company values and creating an inclusive culture at our Los Angeles Headquarters. This person will provide HR support, directly or indirectly to a designated client group in recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching and management, pro-active issue/problem identification and resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee files, relations, terminations, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain the company headcount report in partnership with HR leaders.
  • Work on future projects like succession planning.
  • Partner and work with our in-house legal counsel to manage immigration matters for current employees
  • Employee Retention by gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Submit HR department expenses as needed.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years Human Resources Generalist experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
  • Experience operating with a workforce of 350-400 Associates.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willing to commute twice a week to our Los Angeles Headquarters.
