Assistant Swim Coach (Part-Time, Year-Round)
Redding Swim Team (Aqua Ducks) – Redding, California

The Redding Swim Team is seeking a part-time assistant coach who is excited to contribute to a growing, year-round competitive program with a strong team culture and clear standards.

This is a hands-on coaching role for someone who enjoys being on deck, developing athletes, and contributing to a shared long-term vision. The program is led by Matt Biondi, Olympic Champion and multi–Hall of Fame inductee, and emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and professional growth.

Ideal candidates:

      Have competitive swim coaching experience

      Value communication, consistency, and athlete development

      Are excited to help build and shape a program

      Are comfortable working within a structured, supportive organization

Position details:

      Part-time, year-round

      Weekday practices; some weekend meets

      Compensation: $20–$34/hour, based on experience
