Description

We are seeking an energetic Age Group Coach to lead advanced and intermediate swimmers ages 9–15. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rising program and help shape its culture.
Hours: ~20 per week
Meets: ~1 weekend meet per month
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities
Plan and lead practices for age group athletes
Develop swimmers’ technical skills and training habits
Foster a positive, motivating team environment
Support athletes at meets and team events
Collaborate with coaching staff to align goals

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Current USA Swimming Coach Certifications (may be completed once hired)
Enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated team player
Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
Passion for developing swimmers of all ages
Knowledge of current technique and training methods
