Senior Analyst / Co-Portfolio Manager, International Equities
Strategy: Concentrated, high-conviction international equity strategies focused on companies with long-term, compounding potential.

The Opportunity
We are a boutique investment firm managing concentrated, high-conviction portfolios of large and SMID-cap international equities. We offer a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your work directly drives the firm's growth and performance.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst or Associate PM to partner with the Lead Portfolio Manager. We are looking for a thought partner who can generate differentiated investment theses, conduct deep fundamental diligence, and challenge the consensus. You will have significant autonomy to cover sectors/geographies and will be expected to contribute immediately to buy/sell decisions.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing firm at an inflection point, offering significant autonomy, a direct path to decision-making, and the potential for meaningful long-term economic participation.
The ideal candidate combines strong fundamental investing skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for long-term investing.
Investment Philosophy
We are long-term business owners.
Concentrated: We hold a select number of positions (35-65), meaning every position and idea matters.
Quality First: We seek "compounders"—businesses with durable competitive advantages, high or improving returns on invested capital, and exceptional management teams.
Long Horizon: Our holding periods are measured in years. We ignore short-term noise to capture long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Idea Generation: Source, research, and pitch high-conviction investment ideas within the international equity universe.
Deep-Dive Research: Conduct bottom-up fundamental research to identify the highest quality international businesses. You will produce detailed investment memos that analyze competitive positioning, capital allocation history, and long-term durability.
Devil’s Advocate: Actively challenge the Portfolio Manager’s assumptions.
Portfolio Management: Participate in all buy/sell decisions and portfolio construction discussions. You will help manage position sizing based on conviction and risk-reward profiles.
Monitoring: actively monitor existing holdings for thesis drift, earnings progression, and macro-political risks in relevant jurisdictions.
Direct Engagement: Lead engagement with management teams, industry experts, and sell-side analysts.
Entrepreneurial Contribution: Beyond stock picking, you will help build the firm’s institutional DNA—whether that’s refining our research process, meeting with prospective LPs, or mentoring junior talent as we grow.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably on the buy-side with a focus on fundamental equity research covering international equities.
Alignment: Demonstrated alignment with a long-only, quality-focused, long-term investment philosophy.
"Owner" Mindset: You analyze a stock as if you were buying the entire company. You care more about a company's pricing power and culture than its next quarterly earnings beat.
Generalist Curiosity: While you may have sector expertise, you are intellectually curious and willing to look at great businesses across geographies and industries.
Analytical Skills: Strong modeling capabilities, but with an understanding that the model reflects the business, not the other way around.
Communication: Ability to distill complex narratives into clear, actionable investment recommendations.
Low Ego / High Drive: You thrive in a small team environment where no task is "too small." You are self-directed and don't need a corporate structure to tell you what to research next.
Intellectual Honesty: A willingness to admit mistakes quickly and an openness to having your ideas challenged.
Contrarian Mindset: The ability to hold a view divergent from the consensus when supported by data.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CFA designation is strongly preferred.
Entrepreneurial fit: Comfortable working in a small, growing firm with limited hierarchy and broad responsibility. Willingness to take ownership, operate with ambiguity, and help build processes where needed. Interest in contributing beyond pure research, including firm culture, strategy, and long-term growth.
Why Join Us?
Impact: Your research will have a direct, visible impact on the portfolio from Day 1.
Mentorship & Partnership: You will work side-by-side with the Lead PM, gaining insight into the full spectrum of portfolio management.
Growth: As the firm grows, so does your role. We are looking for a future partner, not just an employee.
