Growing and thriving small boutique private practice of 3 providers seeks additional ophthalmologists. Located in the East Bay of San Francisco, 2-3 expanding location sites in the East Bay. each 15-20 minutes from downtown San Francisco in the east bay. One physician is retiring, and therefore one position is opening for an outstanding ophthalmologist.
We seek someone very motivated, outstanding clinically, attuned to customer service, and excellent with patients. The ideal candidate is hard working, motivated to build a practice, and sees themselves as a partner and not as an employee. We seek someone who will invest into the practice long term and not someone looking for a temporary position. The most important quality we seek is someone with honesty and that will conduct themselves ethically, as the guiding principles of our practice are compassion and integrity.
We pride ourselves on our work culture and the well being of all staff. Likewise there are strong relationships built with referring doctors, IPAs and their leadership, such that we are positioned uniquely. In house ASC is available as well as a new office complex to ensure a pleasant work environment.
Opportunities exist for flexibility in teaching at local institutions, international work, research, involvement in clinical trials, missions work, and other opportunities.
