Reiki Healer (Apprentice–Early Career)

Oak Park Massage Clinic is a healing-centered, community-rooted practice blending clinical bodywork with energetic care. We are seeking a Reiki healer who is early in their journey—someone grounded, curious, and committed to growth.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who feels called to healing work, values professionalism, and wants to develop their practice inside a structured, supportive clinic environment.
The Role
As a Reiki Healer at Oak Park Massage Clinic, you will provide gentle, client-centered energy sessions while learning how to work within a professional healthcare-adjacent setting. You will be supported through mentorship, clear systems, and real-world experience.
This is not a role for someone who believes they have nothing left to learn. It is a role for someone ready to grow with humility, consistency, and care.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Provide Reiki sessions that prioritize client comfort, consent, and safety
Create a calm, welcoming, and respectful experience for each client
Follow all clinic protocols, sanitation standards, and documentation procedures
Communicate clearly with clients about what Reiki is and is not
Work within scope—no diagnosis, no medical claims
Complete session notes as trained
Maintain professional boundaries at all times
Participate in mentorship, feedback sessions, and ongoing training
Contribute positively to the clinic environment and team culture
Required Qualifications
Reiki Level I or II certification (any lineage accepted)
Early-stage practitioner (typically under 3 years of practice)
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional awareness
Ability to remain present, calm, and grounded with clients
Willingness to learn systems, protocols, and documentation
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
Preferred Qualities (Not Requirements)
Reiki Level II certification
Interest in integrative healing modalities
Comfort working with trauma-informed care principles
Desire to eventually build a sustainable healing practice
Experience receiving regular Reiki or bodywork themselves
