We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator I.
What you will do in the position:
- Project Support
- Provides support for projects by assisting with scope of work clarification.
- Communicates activity delays to Project Leads.
- Ensures installers are checking in and checking out from sites as scheduled.
- Facilitates connection with Technical Support Representative as needed.
- Escalates issues preventing store opening with a functional audio system to the Project Administrator.
- Document Preparation and Work Orders
- Performs administrative tasks associated with preparing documentation and assigning work orders to the installers.
- Ensures equipment on time delivery.
- Tracks RMA closures for trade-in equipment.
- Prepares change orders for charges not included on original PO per invoice approval process.
- Project Deliverables
- Performs administrative tasks associated with reviewing project deliverables.
- Updates Master Spreadsheet to ensure project progress.
- Provides daily report of completed installations with any exceptions requiring actionable items noted and responsible party.
- Performs all other job responsibilities as assigned.

The posted pay range, is from $20.44 to $27.22, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
