Full-Time | New Grads and PTs New to Pelvic Health Welcome
Optimize Pelvic Health is a patient-centered, independent pelvic health physical therapy practice located in San Jose, California. We provide individualized, whole-body pelvic floor physical therapy through hour-long, one-on-one treatment sessions in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.
We are seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This position is well suited for clinicians who value guidance through clinical reasoning, mentorship, and sustainable practice models. Both experienced pelvic health PTs and new graduates or therapists new to pelvic health are encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights
- One-on-one, hour-long treatment sessions
- Sustainable caseload of ~8 patients per day

Mentorship & Onboarding
New graduates and PTs transitioning into pelvic health participate in a structured 3–4 month mentorship program(experience dependent), which includes:
- Approximately 50% patient care and 50% protected training time during onboarding
- Weekly diagnosis-based training (e.g., urinary dysfunction, prolapse, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction)
- Weekly hands-on skills labs and manual therapy guidance
- Weekly mentorship meetings and case reviews
- Gradual ramp-up to full caseload
- The mentorship period is paid at $45/hour
Compensation & Benefits
- $114,400 - $125,000/yearly based on 40 hour a week
- Performance bonus eligibility at the advance pelvic floor PT clinician (up to 10% of annual salary)
- 2 weeks PTO, paid holidays, paid holiday shut down and sick leave
- $2,000 annual continuing education stipend

Requirements
Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Active California Physical Therapy License
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Interest in pelvic health and commitment to continued learning
Must have taken Pelvic Floor 1 from APTA or Herman and Wallace with an in person skills lab
