Description

Our optometry office is located in the small town of Sierra Madre, which is nestled between Arcadia, Pasadena, and Monrovia. We're looking for an optometrist  (new grads welcome) to join our team to wow patients, help us eradicate myopia and alleviate keratoconic woes! This part-time opportunity is almost like a specialty contact lens residency in that we'll pour everything we know into you to help you learn and grow.

The clinical experience

• 45-minute exams
• 15 min tech-led pretest
• 30 min dedicated doctor time

Our daily flow

• ~7 comprehensive exams/day
• 30-minute specialty contact lens visits mixed in
• Typical max: 10–12 patients/day
• Full technician support
• Techs handle all imaging and pretesting
• Scans and instruments are preloaded before you enter the room

Schedule & Benefits

• Workdays: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Benefits: Paid sick days + 401(k) match
• For an 8-hour day, only ~7–7.5 hours are patient care; our current doctors typically finish clinical and admin work by the 7-hour mark
