Sacramento Area | Established Private Practice
An established, multi-location private optometry practice in the Sacramento area is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join its growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for an OD interested in full-scope optometry within a patient-centered, private-practice setting.
About the Practice
Founded in 2014, this well-respected private practice serves families throughout desirable Sacramento-area communities including Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, and Folsom. The practice emphasizes comprehensive eye care and has continued to expand due to strong patient demand.
The practice currently includes multiple Optometrists and a dedicated clinical support team. This role is intended as a long-term addition, with future ownership or partnership opportunities available for the right candidate.
Scope of Practice
The Optometrist will provide full-scope optometric care, including:
- Adult and senior eye exams
- Children’s eye exams
- Diabetic eye exams
- Contact lens exams and fittings
- Dry eye therapy
- Myopia control
- Digital eye strain management
- Eye disease diagnosis and management
- Emergency eye care
- Laser vision correction consultations
Training on all equipment and specialty services will be provided as needed.
Position Details
- Employment Type: W-2
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 DOE
- Experience Level: New graduates and experienced ODs welcome
