Position Summary
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician with fellowship training in interventional pain management. The physician will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain using a combination of interventional procedures, medication management, and multidisciplinary care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive pain evaluations and develop treatment plans
Perform interventional procedures, including:
Epidural steroid injections
Facet injections and medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Joint and trigger point injections
Manage medications in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Interpret imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray)
Document care accurately in EMR
Collaborate with referring providers and care teams
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty
Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management (preferred)
Active California medical license (or eligible)
DEA license
