The Role
Housekeeping Lead Hospital (Overnight)Location: Inglewood, CASchedule: TuesdaySaturday | 10:00 PM 6:30 AMPay Rate: $25.70 per hourWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Lead to support overnight environmental services operations at a hospital in Inglewood. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and support overnight housekeeping staff to ensure all areas meet hospital cleanliness and sanitation standardsAssign daily tasks, monitor workflow, and provide on-the-job guidance and supportPerform routine cleaning and disinfecting of patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, and public spacesEnsure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE in compliance with hospital and safety regulationsReport maintenance issues, supply needs, and staffing concerns to managementServe as a point of contact during the overnight shift and help resolve issues as they arise
What It Takes To Be Successful
Prior housekeeping or environmental services experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare settingPrevious lead or supervisory experience strongly preferredKnowledge of infection control, sanitation practices, and safety standardsStrong communication, reliability, and leadership skillsAbility to work overnight hours and be on your feet for extended periodsThis is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact in a healthcare environment.
