The Opportunity
We are seeking a Virtual Functional Medicine Practitioner to deliver high-quality care within clearly defined clinical programs and care pathways.

This role is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys working within a proven structure while being trusted to think critically, adapt care, and contribute to the evolution of protocols over time. It is especially well suited for a practitioner who loves functional medicine but no longer wants to manage the operational, marketing, and administrative demands of running their own practice.

You will collaborate closely with the clinic owner, Aaron, and support patients who are also receiving in-clinic acupuncture care, creating a cohesive and well-coordinated patient experience.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

Provide virtual functional medicine consultations for patients with chronic fatigue, digestive issues, stress/adrenal dysfunction, metabolic concerns, and hormone imbalances
Implement the clinic’s Phase 1–3 framework and patient journey
Review and interpret functional labs, including GI testing, adrenal/cortisol testing, OATs, and food sensitivity panels
Create clear, actionable, patient-friendly care plans
Manage follow-ups and refine protocols within the established framework
Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
Collaborate with the clinic owner to support integrated acupuncture + functional medicine care
Educate patients on clinic programs and long-term wellness pathways
