Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Production Manager for full-time, on-site position based in Coachella, CA. The Field Production Manager will oversee all aspects of field operations, including supervising field teams, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires coordination between teams to meet project deadlines, monitoring of equipment and supplies, and maintaining effective communication among staff, clients, and vendors. The individual will also troubleshoot onsite challenges and ensure the successful delivery of projects, adhering to South West Pump & Drilling's high standards of quality.

Requirements

*Technical skills: Experience in project management, operations management, and equipment maintenance within the drilling or construction industry.

*Leadership abilities: Proven experience supervising teams, coordinating field operations, and resolving conflicts effectively.

*Practical expertise: Strong knowledge of safety protocols, compliance requirements, and equipment functioning related to field operations.

*Problem-solving capacity: Capability to identify challenges on-site and adopt efficient solutions to address them promptly.

*Additional skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications is preferred.

*Other qualifications: A valid driver's license is required. Familiarity with water well drilling and pump service industry is highly advantages.
