Description
<p>Crestview IPS, LLC is a fast-scaling estimating and preconstruction firm supporting commercial and public sector clients across New York, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Maryland and Federal markets. Our work spans everything from vertical builds and infrastructure projects to MEP-intensive retrofits - with a growing backlog and national expansion plans underway.</p><p>We're actively seeking experienced trade-specific estimators (Site, Structural, Civil and MEP) to support ongoing project-based estimating assignments. This is contract work, with potential to convert to full-time salaried roles as we continue to grow.</p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p>Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop estimates (SD/DD/CD/GMP levels)<br>Review architectural, civil, structural and MEP drawing sets and specifications <br>Apply cost data (RSMeans, vendor quotes, historicals) to produce accurate budgets<br>Coordinate scope clarifications and RFIs with the PM <br>Format estimates per project/client requirements (50-division CSI, etc)<br>Attend virtual scope meetings or walkthroughs as needed<br>Attend virtual scope meetings or walkthroughs as needed<br>Flag constructability or procurement risk for review</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong><br>5+ years estimating experience in your trade (Site, Civil, Structural or MEP)<br>Strong background in government and public sector projects <br>Familiar with prevailing wage, union trades and spec-level compliance <br>Capable of reading full CD drawing sets and extracting scope independently</p><p><strong>Tools & Workflow </strong></p><p>Must be efficient with takeoff software - Bluebeam, STACK, RSMeans, Excel, PlanSwift, etc. (Company currently used STACK)<br>Ai-powered takeoff experience is a plus but not required </p><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><p>We're growing rapidly - and our team is the first place we look when it is time to hire full-time</p><p>Work is steady (5-10 projects/month) and high impact - supporting agencies, architects, engineering firms and GCs directly </p><p>Flexible remote work for the right candidates, especially if you're efficient, communicative and meet project timelines </p><p><strong>To Apply</strong></p><p>Email your resume and sample estimates to info@crestview-group.com - subject Estimator - Contract Job Opening<br>Be sure to include your trade specialty, available start date, capacity per month and hourly rate expectations</p>Requirements
