Landegger Verano, ALC, a California employment defense boutique, is seeking an exceptional Employment Litigation Associate (3–5 years) to join our dynamic and diverse team. We represent employers ranging from small, family-owned businesses to multinational corporations, advising on California employment law compliance, policies, best practices, and employee and management training, and we maintain a robust litigation practice defending employers in threatened and filed employment actions, including PAGA and wage-and-hour class actions. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong litigation, writing, and analytical skills who is ready to take ownership of cases and work closely with clients and senior attorneys in a fast-paced, high-level practice.

Compensation ranges between $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience, with benefits and growth opportunities. This is a full-time, in-office position.
