What You Will Be Doing
As a Digital Marketing Project Manager for Scotty Cameron eCommerce, you will play a key role in bringing world‑class digital experiences to life for golfers around the globe. In partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll manage the full digital project lifecycle-from planning and execution through launch and post‑implementation support-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, agency partners, and global markets to lead eCommerce rollouts and enhancements across B2B and consumer channels. This role blends creativity with analytical problem‑solving, requiring strong coordination, clear communication, and a passion for delivering engaging, innovative digital commerce experiences that reflect the Scotty Cameron brand.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or B2B environments, including global markets
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated technical and business acumen (PMP or CAPM preferred)
- Experience with end‑to‑end eCommerce or B2B business processes and backend system integrations
- Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Familiarity with eCommerce and B2B platforms and third‑party vendors such as Salesforce and Znode (preferred)
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong UX/UI knowledge and experience, including mobile integration and consumer platform testing
- Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally with strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and meetings
- Demonstrated conflict management and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with experience leading both large‑scale and smaller projects
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

Pay Range: $101,727.00-$129,537.00
