Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Teach computer science concepts, coding, and robotics to students in Kindergarten through Grade 5, using tools such as Lego Robotic Kits and Ozobots.
• Integrate technology into the curriculum through the effective use of laptops, iPads, educational websites, digital platforms, and Google Workspace for Education tools.
• Teach digital citizenship, online safety, responsible technology use, and developmentally appropriate keyboarding skills.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support curriculum integration, schoolwide technology initiatives, and innovation in coding instruction.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment while communicating effectively with students, families, and colleagues to support learning outcomes.
• Continuously assess and incorporate new tools and pedagogical practices to enrich the coding and technology curriculum.
