Description

We are seeking a part-time Associate Optometrist to join our independently operated Target locations in Fullerton and Seal Beach. Our practices are well established since 2008 and offer full-scope care with a strong emphasis on dry eye management and myopia control. We are among the few practices equipped with RF and IPL technology for advanced dry eye treatment, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow in specialty care. The schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (10:00–6:30), and Saturday (9:00–5:00, required), with potential for future full-time expansion and even sublease consideration. Candidates must hold an active California OD license; prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome. Compensation will be discussed, with bonus potential available.

Requirements

This position is primarily based in Seal Beach, with 1 day coverage in Fullerton. Saturday availability is required. Candidates should have a strong interest in or willingness to develop skills in dry eye management and myopia control, as these are central to our practice.
